Here is some background on ME:
I emigrated to the U.S. from Russia via Germany in 1993 after marrying a United States Air Force enlisted airman when I was 19 years old. With simply a German High School Diploma, and approximately $20 in my pocket I entered the USA legally after a few roadblocks on the way. Shortly after my arrival, I was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident, which almost cost me my life and left leg. It was during my 2 years of recovery time, that I decided and realized that my life on this Earth, despite my youth at the time, is limited, and I would have to figure it out instead of living on autopilot. This meant to me to learn as much as possible, experience as much as possible, and convey and teach anything and everything I learned to anyone that is willing to listen. I vowed to make my life meaningful, leave a legacy, continue to grow, and help others in whatever way I could. To do this I needed to be financially secure first and the best way I decided how, was to become a Real Estate Investor.
My life has taken many strange and quite different paths into all kinds of directions and I have figured a way to make a comfortable living and be quite happy in mind and body, despite many wrong turns and the hardships that I have overcome. My success has not come to me because I started with money, because I had any extraordinary connections to mentors, or because I was in any other way advantaged or lucky. In fact, my humble beginnings prove that becoming a success is something ANYONE can do. The only ingredient is what you are naturally born with, your own thoughts, and your ability to use them in a structured, step-by-step way, much like an engineering problem is solved. When you awake your mind, and become an out-of-the box / non-conventional thinker, anything is possible, all doors open to you, and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Hello, my name is Julia!
In my over 3 decades of Real Estate Investing I have tried just about every technique, followed any philosophy, and learned from many great mentors and teachers. As a self-taught mother of 2, I learned the ins and outs of Real Estate Investing and would love to share my story and knowledge with you!
